Founded in 1981 as a retail operation on Martlesham Heath near Ipswich, Seckford's business model evolved to focus on wholesaling fine wine with a move to our Melton HQ in 1997.

As our customer base grew we extended our bonded warehousing and now have three fantastic storage facilities here in Suffolk, cellaring the world’s finest wines in optimum conditions.

With steady humidity and controlled temperatures, we are proud to be one of very few merchants with their own bonded warehouse, giving us complete control and flexibility over our wine reserves. We work closely with HMRC to ensure this fine operation continues. Take a closer look here
