Vinous Stephen Tanzer - 01 Sep 15
Less open than the Chatenière, hinting at pear and minerals on the nose. Juicy and sharply delineated, showing excellent mineral energy and cut to the lemon and lime fruit. Finishes stony and long, with terrific saline intensity and lift. A very strong Saint-Aubin cuvée. Colin-Morey filtered but did not fine his Saint-Aubins, bottling them last August.
