Vinous Josh Raynolds - 01 Mar 10
Pale yellow. A complex bouquet displays lime, lemon zest, wet stone, flowers and a hint of smoky herbs. Bright and energetic but youthfully taut, offering tangy citrus and underripe orchard fruit flavors underscored by dusty minerals and bitter quinine. The finish is stony, focused and very pure. This uncompromising, mineral-driven wine will be far better with a few more years of bottle age.
