Private Client Sales
Seckford Wines is one of the UK’s leading stockists of fine and rare wine, offering private clients a friendly, personal service, access to a vast fine wine list, and the UK’s most competitively priced bonded storage.
We are looking for a hardworking, organised, and dynamic individual with a love of wine, a confident, friendly manner, and a willingness to learn. This is an excellent opportunity to develop and manage Seckford’s private client business, with the chance to work with the world’s greatest wines in a varied and exciting role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow sales with existing customers
- Deliver account management to a highly professional standard
- Assist with selecting wines to be sold by the private clients team
- Help develop sales and marketing strategies
- Create engaging marketing materials, emails, and offers
- Create and maintain website wine content
- Grow the company’s social media presence with creative content
- Organise dinners, tastings, and events
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Manage and grow sales with existing customers
- Strong wine knowledge (WSET qualifications preferred)
- Experience in the wine trade
- Excellent written and spoken English
- High level of computer literacy
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A foreign language is an advantage
